The May show in Salina turned out to be lots of fun. We would like to say THANK YOU to Burns Saddlery for hosting a Casino night on Friday as well as sponsored several classes.
The Derby riders showed up mounted on some fabulous horses. In our 4 year old Non-Pro Level 2 and 4, Robyn King took 1st place riding Salt and Pepper in 2nd place Karen Zamora riding Fairytail Gunner and in 3rd place Addie Shelton riding Shine & Spark. In the Open 4 year old Level 2 & 4 1st place went to Jackson Porath riding Nifty Rooster, 2nd place went to Cody Cowdell riding LR Trubador. In the 4,5, & 6 year old Open Derby Level 2 & 4 1st place went to Nathan Ivie riding Moon Shine N Juice, 2nd place Travis Wigen riding Smart Nu Spook.
The Judges Score sheets for all of the classes are posted as well as the new Points/Standings. We will be posting the Entry Form for the June 14 ? 17 show being held in Farmington after our board meeting on Monday May 14th, 2012 so you will want to check out the class schedule.
Thanks again to all of the many volunteers for scribing and the back gate help. Our shows are a great success due to our members that not only show up to ride but donate their time to help out. You are very much appreciated.
